los amigos, el cual puede muy bien acompañar la cena navideña; se trata de la Torta de maca que puede ser toda una sorpresa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lo bueno de la receta es que sus ingredientes son fáciles de encontrar  en cualquier tienda, así que sin más preámbulo los ingredientes son:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tazas de harina de maca&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tazas de harina de trigo&lt;br /&gt;- 2 tazas de tazas de leche&lt;br /&gt;- 1 taza y ½ de azúcar&lt;br /&gt;- 6 huevo&lt;br /&gt;- 1 Cucharadita de levadura&lt;br /&gt;- 50 Gramos de mantequilla&lt;br /&gt;- 1 Cucharadita de vainilla&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En cuanto la preparación, es la siguiente:&lt;br /&gt;- Batir las yemas con el azúcar.&lt;br /&gt;- Derretir la mantequilla y agregarle a la mezcla del huevo y azúcar batir bien con el contenido.&lt;br /&gt;-  Colar y mezclar la harina de trigo con la maca molida añadiendo la leche poco a poco, batir bien la mezcla.&lt;br /&gt;- Agregar las claras de huevo, batirlas a punto de nieve a la mezcla anterior y añadir la levadura y la vainilla.&lt;br /&gt;- Enharinar el molde, para que no se pegue el contenido&lt;br /&gt;- Hornear durante 45 sans-serif;font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparación:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Corte la cebolla en pequeños cubitos. Pele, ralle y blanquee la maca. Reserve hasta el momento de usar. Tamice la harina, agregue la azúcar, la sal y la levadura. Cuando esté bien mezclado añada la mantequilla derretida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:100%;"&gt;Agregue la aca y al cebolla. Luego la leche alterando con los huevos hasta lograr una masa suave pero no pegajosa. Forme bollos con las palmas de las manos y deje reposar por 40 minutos. Cuando duplique su volumen haga pequeños panecillos moldeándolo con harina.
